How do I install my Kalova piece?
Our proprietary magnetic mounting system makes installation fast and tool-free. Simply peel the backing off the included magnetic discs and press them onto your wall. Then align your artwork, and it clicks right into place.
How much do your products weigh?
19.3" x 12.9": ~9 to 14 ounces
39" x 26": ~2.5 to 3.7 pounds
47" x 31.3": ~3.5 to 5.4 pounds
54.3" x 36.2": ~4.8 to 7.2 pounds
Will the magnets damage my wall?
Nope. Our system is designed to be damage-free on most standard painted or smooth walls. If you're unsure, test a small area first or reach out to us for guidance.
Can I use Kalova art outdoors?
Yes! All our pieces are made with 11-gauge steel and finished with a rust-resistant powder coat, making them safe for both indoor and outdoor use.
What are Kalova pieces made of?
Each piece is cut from industrial-grade 11-gauge American steel and powder coated by hand for a sleek, matte finish that won’t chip, fade, or rust.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We handcraft each piece to order. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Kalova piece, contact us and we’ll help make it right. Return shipping fees may apply.
Can I customize a design?
We’re currently building out custom capabilities. For now, if you have a special request or want to collaborate on something one-of-a-kind, contact us and let’s chat.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, Kalova ships within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested, reach out — we’d love to hear from you.
Can I remount or move my piece?
Yes. You can gently remove and reposition the magnetic discs if needed. If you need extra magnets or mounting help, just let us know.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take packaging seriously, but if your piece arrives damaged, email us right away at support@kalova.co with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
What if I lose a magnet or need an extra?
No problem at all. If your wall magnets are ever lost or you feel you need an extra, we’ll send a replacement set free of charge. Just reach out to us at support@kalova.co with your order number and shipping address.
